Patrik assists clients in ensuring compliance with the requirements of administrative and legal regulations, as well as in the area of personal data protection. He handles employment matters, in particular the drafting of employee contracts, termination of employment or negotiations with trade unions.
During his legal practice, he has been involved in the implementation of the GDPR for several major companies, including the review of contracts and the drafting of documents necessary to ensure compliance with the GDPR. Patrik has extensive experience in resolving commercial disputes arising out of supplier relationships meeting the parties’ contractual obligations and drafting commercial agreements in the wholesale sector. He successfully represents our clients in court and administrative proceedings.
Patrick is an experienced litigator and soon to be a qualified lawyer. He worked as a paralegal at a renowned international law firm where he gained valuable experience.
