In his previous assignments at act MHP advocates, Michal focused mainly on commercial law and corporate agenda, including M&A transactions. He provides legal services within competition law and also deals with restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency law. In his practice as an associate, he handles in-court and out-of-court dispute resolution as well as debt recovery. He is also well versed in public procurement issues.
Michal graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava in Trnava. During his studies he practiced in a law firm where he specialized mainly in commercial law.
