She represents important domestic and foreign clients in major litigation, administrative lawsuits and arbitrations, including lawsuits with international reach. Jana is one of the firm’s partners and an internationally recognized attorney.

She is active in several international teams, one of which she successfully leads. As an experienced counsel, she has advised a major media company on a significant expansion of its operations in Slovakia. She provides legal advice to the strongest banks operating in the Slovak Republic, key players in the IT&Telco sector, the largest property developers, logistics companies, construction companies and others. 

Jana has an excellent knowledge of commercial law, has participated in corporate restructuring processes, represented clients in squeeze out processes and cross-border M&A transactions. She focuses primarily on legal issues related to business operations, litigation and business operations. She specializes in drafting contractual documentation and covering the negotiation process. 

Clients appreciate her ability to leverage her knowledge of various areas of law, strong legal expertise and human approach. Due to her excellent communication skills and professional demeanour, she regularly participates as a speaker at important seminars and business conferences in the field of ICT and data protection. She is the author of articles published in professional and business portals and magazines.
