Eva´s key focus is on restructurings and insolvencies. She is well-versed in employment law issues, including employee documentation drafting and internal affairs regulations. She further deals with civil law issues, civil litigation and family law.
In her previous work experience, Eva mainly dealt with corporate law throughout the life cycle, drafting commercial contracts and commercial transactions.
Eva studied Law and Economics at 2 universities – the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and the University of Economics in Bratislava. During her studies, she completed several practical internships in law firms, where she gained valuable experience in commercial law, contract law, as well as civil litigation and extrajudicial law.
